Service Agreement
01. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and Sidekikz, a subsidiary of Sourcebrix, a Delaware based corporation (“Sidekikz”).
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
Customer usage of Sidekikz assumes that they read the ToS of Sidekikz. If you don’t agree, don’t use our Services.
02. WHAT WE DO
What We Provide:
- ✦Talent Marketplace: We source outreach agents for Client (“Senders”).
- ✦Tool Support: We ensure Senders have the right tools for campaigns.
- ✦AI Automation: Our “Sidekikz” system for frontline outreach activities.
- ✦General Support: Best practices and technical assistance.
What We DON’T Do:
- ✕Manage or control Senders directly.
- ✕Guarantee results or success rates.
- ✕Ensure third-party platform compliance.
- ✕Take responsibility for Sender performance.
03. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You Must:
- ✓Provide accurate information.
- ✓Use Services for legitimate business only.
- ✓Follow all applicable laws.
- ✓Pay fees on time.
- ✓Respect others and platform rules.
You Cannot:
- !Engage in illegal activities.
- !Spam, harass, or harm others.
- !Violate intellectual property rights.
- !Resell our Services without permission.
04. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Payment: All fees are due in advance. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- For all cancellation of service, the first point of contact should be an authorized representative of Sidekikz or you can directly email support@Sidekikz.com.
- All direct refund requests must be confirmed by an authorized representative at Sidekikz via email for any refund to be processed.
05. NO WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.
We make no promises about:
- Service availability or performance
- Third-party platform compatibility
- Business outcomes or success rates
- Sender reliability or results
You use our Services at your own risk and responsibility.
06. LIMITED LIABILITY
Sidekikz’s total liability for any issue shall not exceed the last billed amount paid by you.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost profits, revenue, or business
- Third-party platform actions (bans, suspensions)
- Data loss or system downtime
- Sender actions or performance
- Any indirect or consequential damages
07. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and protect Sidekikz from any legal claims arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Third-party platform policy violations
- Actions of Senders you work with
- Your business activities or content
08. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Dispute Limits: The disputed amount by either party will not exceed the last billed amount.
Resolution Process:
- Small Claims Court: Disputes may be resolved in small claims court.
- New Jersey Law: This Agreement follows New Jersey law.
- No Class Actions: Individual disputes only.

09. GENERAL TERMS
Changes: We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use means acceptance.
Termination: Either party may end this Agreement. Upon termination, you lose access but remain liable for past activities.
Entire Agreement: These Terms represent our complete agreement.
